I teach from practice, not performance. Private 1:1 sessions for students who want to come back into the body, breathe better, and build a real practice.
Every breath is a small return.
Not a mantra I recite. A reminder I practice every single class.

Long before I ever taught a class, yoga was the one hour of my day that belonged only to me. What began as a way to quiet a busy mind slowly became a discipline, and then a calling I couldn't set aside.
In 2019, I traveled to Chiangmai, Thailand, to complete my 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Vidya Mandiram. Three weeks of early mornings, long practices, and real study in Hatha and Ashtanga methodology changed how I understood the body, the breath, and what it means to teach honestly.
Today I teach the way I was taught: with patience, attention to alignment, and respect for wherever a student is starting from. No performance, no perfect poses. Just practice.
Every pose is a conversation between breath and body. I teach students to listen to that conversation, not to force it, so strength and flexibility grow from the inside out.
I do not teach perfect poses. I teach how to be present in the body you have today.
